Ingredients to make Chili Garlic Egg Strips

  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 5 red chillies
  • 8 garlic pods
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 5 tablespoons oil

How to make Chili Garlic Egg Strips

  1. Make smooth paste of red chili, garlic and ginger, add salt in eggs and beat. Heat 3 tablespoons oil and make omelette, take out in plate cut it into strips.
  2. Take pan heat oil and add paste in it stir for minute on low flame, now add tomato ketchup and mix it. Now put egg strips in mixture and mix well.
  3. Serve hot in plate and garnish with coriander.

My Tip:

You can make it in chinese flavour by adding szechuan sauce.
