Bread Ka Mitha

Ingredients to make Bread Ka Mitha

  • 4 slices milk bread
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2-3 Table Spoons ghee
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4-5 crushed cardamom
  • 2 Table Spoon Pistaachio for garnishing

How to make Bread Ka Mitha

  1. Apply ghee to bread slices and toast them till golden brown. Allow toasted bread to cool.
  2. In a pan pour 3/4 cup water along with sugar. Cook till sugar melts. Add cardamom and cook till half. Allow it to cool.
  3. Cut the bread into 2 inch pieces and dip in sugar syrup. Set aside.
  4. To make Rabari - Pour milk in a clean pan and cook while stirring till the milk thickens to 1/4 quantity. Add 3-4 table spoon sugar to pan and cook till sugar melts. Side aside to cool.
  5. Now take out bread pieces from sugar syrup and arrange them in a plate. On the pieces pour rabari and garnish them with pistachio.
  6. Your bread ka mitha is ready. Cool to serve.

My Tip:

Add 1/2 tea spoon rose water to sugar syrup while cooking. Add rose petals while garnishing.
