Ingredients Serving: 4

1 1/2 cup All purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1/3 cup sugar powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup Milk
1 teaspoon coffee powder dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
Salt 350 gms

Instructions

Mix all flour purpose and baking powder in a bowl. Beat the eggs and add sugar in it, blend it, add vanilla essence and coffee. Mix it well.
Now add all flour purpose in it and blend it pouring milk little by little.
Heat pressure cooker put salt in cooker and keep stand on it and cover it with plate. Pour mixture in silicon cups and bake it in pressure cook for half an hour.
Remove cupcakes from pressure cooker and serve.
