Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup soaked for 5 hours Sabudana
  2. 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
  3. 1/2 cup potato powder or boiled potato 1
  4. 3 green chilli finely chopped
  5. Ginger 1/2 tsp finely chopped
  6. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 tsp chat masala
  11. 1 tbsp oil - 3 to 4 tbsp oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl add soaked Sabudana, mash well, then add potato and paneer, mix well.
  2. Now add chopped green chilli, chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, coriander leaves, oil and salt mix well keep aside.
  3. Heat the pan, add oil. Divide the cutlet mix into equal portion.
  4. Take one portion, flatten the cutlet mixture between palms and keep aside.
  5. Shallow fry the cutlet till golden brown in color on a low flame. Flip another side, fry till done or fry for 5 minutes on a low flame.
  6. Once they are cooked remove them on tissue paper.
  7. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
  8. Yummy Sabudana cutlets are ready.
