How to make Chettinadu Egg Roast

  1. Slice the hard boiled eggs into halves. Mix all the spice powders and ginger garlic paste along with little water to make a thick paste.
  2. Spread this paste on the yellow part of the egg and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in pan, roast the eggs, first, masala side down. Cook on low flame. Flip and roast for another 5 mins.
  4. Keep flipping till both sides are roasted well.

My Tip:

Hard boil the eggs to prevent breaking while roasting. If possible prepare fresh spice powders to enhance taste.
