Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Filling:
  2. Chopped onion 4 tbsp
  3. Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp
  4. Grated carrot 3 tbsp
  5. Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
  6. Chopped cabbage 4 tbsp
  7. Chopped green chillies 2 nos
  8. Lemon juice as per your liking
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Sweet and sour sauce
  11. Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
  12. Chopped Ginger 1 tsp
  13. Chopped green chillies 2 tsp
  14. Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
  15. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  16. Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  17. Vinegar 1 tsp
  18. Salt and pepper to taste
  19. Oil 1 tsp
  20. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  21. Water 1.5 cups
  22. Topping:
  23. Fried noodles, onions, carrots and cabbage
  24. Golgappa's 16 nos

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling just before serving.
  2. For sauce heat oil in a kadai, and add ginger, garlic, chillies and let it cook till garlic leaves its raw smell.
  3. Add the sauces and stir for a minute. Add 1 cup of water to it and let it boil.
  4. Add salt and pepper and adjust taste as per your liking.
  5. Mix cornflour with the remaining water and add the solution into the kadai. Bring it to a boil.
  6. When it has a nice thick soup like consistency remove from heat.
  7. Add the filling in golgappas, put in sauce, top it up with crushed fried noodles and sprinkle some onions, capsicum and carrot and serve.
