Egg Stuffed Basket

Ingredients to make Egg Stuffed Basket

  • 4 nos boiled eggs grated
  • 2 nos cubes cheese grated
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • 1 nos onion (small) chopped
  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 nos egg
  • salt to taste
  • water as per requirement

How to make Egg Stuffed Basket

  1. Make a hard dough with maida, oil, egg, salt and water. Rest for 30 minutes .
  2. Mix grated eggs, cheese and all dry spices.
  3. Make a big thin roti and cut to round size (same size).
  4. Another thin roti cut long thin slice pieces for net (top portion).
  5. Take one small size katori and place one round cut puri in it. Brush very little water on the edges.
  6. Put one tbsp egg cheese filling in the roti katori and close the top with thin strip like net.
  7. Place it in a greased baking tray and brush egg yolk on the net part.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
  9. Serve hot.
