Spicy Baby Potatoes

Ingredients to make Spicy Baby Potatoes

  • Baby potatoes 15
  • tomatoes 2
  • jeera 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

How to make Spicy Baby Potatoes

  1. Wash the baby potatoes and prick it with fork. Pressure cook for 5 whistles.
  2. Cool the cooker and peel the boiled potatoes.
  3. Take a kadai. Add little oil and shallow fry these baby potatoes. Keep aside.
  4. In the same kadai, add oil, splutter jeera.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes and fry till soft.
  6. Now add all spice powders and add 1/4 cup water and salt.
  7. Keep stirring occasionally. Add baby potatoes and mix well.
  8. Serve hot with rotis.

My Tip:

Please be careful while roasting the spice powders and water.
