Cheesy Egg Fiesta

Ingredients to make Cheesy Egg Fiesta

  • eggs 3
  • cauliflower Florets grated 1 tbsp
  • cabbage grated 1 tbsp
  • carrot grated 2 tbsp
  • spinach blanched and finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Boiled corn 1 tbsp
  • paneer grated 2 tbsp
  • Maida / wheat flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  • Dried herbs 1 tbsp
  • almonds blanched and chopped 1 tbsp
  • pistachio (salted) chopped 1 tbsp
  • Roasted garlic flakes 1 tsp
  • pepper 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  • Cheese grated 2 tbsp

How to make Cheesy Egg Fiesta

  1. Boil eggs. Sieve flour with baking powder. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  2. Mix flour, grated veggies, spinach and corn. Add grated paneer. Now add milk and mix well. Add fresh cream, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Add grated eggs.
  3. Transfer in a greased baking pan. Spread herbs (I used Parsley and Oregano ) and Cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or till cheese melts.
  5. Serve with Thai chill sauce.

My Tip:

You can add herbs according to your choice of flavour. Garlic bread is a good accompaniment with it.
