High Protein Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped apple
  • 1 peeled & chopped cucumber
  • 1 bowl fresh green peas (boiled)
  • 1 grated carrot
  • Paneer cubes (sauteed in a tsp of oil) 1 cup
  • Cashewnut 1/4 cup
  • Pomengrate seeds 1/4 cup
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1/2 tsp

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle all the masala & toss them.
  2. Serve with dip or chutney.
My Tip: Any fruit of your choice can be added.
