ABOUT High Protein Salad RECIPE

A fusion salad that is super healthy!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 chopped apple
  2. 1 peeled & chopped cucumber
  3. 1 bowl fresh green peas (boiled)
  4. 1 grated carrot
  5. Paneer cubes (sauteed in a tsp of oil) 1 cup
  6. Cashewnut 1/4 cup
  7. Pomengrate seeds 1/4 cup
  8. A few fresh mint leaves
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  11. Cumin powder 1tsp
  12. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  13. Paprika 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle all the masala & toss them.
  2. Serve with dip or chutney.
