Ingredients to make High Protein Salad
- 1 chopped apple
- 1 peeled & chopped cucumber
- 1 bowl fresh green peas (boiled)
- 1 grated carrot
- Paneer cubes (sauteed in a tsp of oil) 1 cup
- Cashewnut 1/4 cup
- Pomengrate seeds 1/4 cup
- A few fresh mint leaves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder 1tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Paprika 1/2 tsp
Steps to make High Protein Salad
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Sprinkle all the masala & toss them.
- Serve with dip or chutney.
My Tip: Any fruit of your choice can be added.
