Ingredients to make Kolkata style Egg Chicken Roll

  • 2 eggs
  • maida 1 cup
  • Boneless chicken cubes 1 cup
  • ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Sliced onion 1
  • Sliced capsicum 1
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • curd 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • Tandoori masala 2 tsp
  • ketchup 1 tsp

How to make Kolkata style Egg Chicken Roll

  1. Make a soft dough with maida, little oil, salt and water.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces with curd, ginger garlic paste and tandoori masala.
  3. Keep it for 1 hour.
  4. Fry the chicken with onion, capsicum and green chilies.
  5. Then roll the maida into round paratha.
  6. To assemble the roll first beat one egg with little salt and pour in a pan and spread it round. Over it place a paratha and flip it to the other side.
  7. Take out of the pan.
  8. In the center put some chicken, some ketchup and roll it tightly.
  9. To make it manageable, roll a foil or napkin over the roll.

My Tip:

You can grill the chicken before frying as well.
