Egg-bhurji Bun with Pickled Onion

Ingredients to make Egg-bhurji Bun with Pickled Onion

  • egg 3
  • onion 2
  • Green Chili, chopped 2
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper, powdered 1 tbsp
  • mango Pickle Spiced oil 1 tbsp
  • wheat Burger Bun 2
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Egg-bhurji Bun with Pickled Onion

  1. Take a pan ,heat oil. Chop one onion and add to oil. Fry for a minute.
  2. Add chopped green chili and salt to it. Beat eggs in a bowl well with black pepper added to it, add this mixture to pan.
  3. Stir slowly so that eggs get scrambled. Adjust salt ,add chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Egg bhurji is prepared.
  4. Now take another onion and cut into thin rings. Heat a pan at low flame, add Mango pickle masala oil and onion to it. Saute for 30 sec only. Take a bun, cut into two parts. Add sufficient egg bhurji, top with pickled onion rings.

My Tip:

You can try tangy Imli sauce with it.
