Eggless pudding made with jelly, cream and cake.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Jelly crystals : 1 packet (raspberry flavour)
Hot water : 1 cup
Whipped cream : 1 cup
Powdered Sugar to taste
Homemade Pineapple cake : 1 cup broken into small pieces
Chocolate chips as needed

Instructions

In a bowl, open the packet of jelly crystals. Boil water and add the jelly crystals. Mix properly so that no lumps remain. Keep aside and let cool. Now keep it in the fridge for half an hour.
Mix cream and sugar. Chill it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Now mix cream, sugar mixture with jelly. Mix properly.
Now take a serving bowl. At the bottom, pour a thin layer of jello cream mixture.
After that put a layer of cake pieces over it. Sprinkle chocolate chips over it.
Now again pour left over jello cream mix over the cake layer. Sprinkle chocolate chips over it. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
