ABOUT Egg Wedges RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gms minced meat
  2. 1 boiled egg
  3. Homemade Garam masala 1 tsp
  4. Bunch of Corriander leaves and Mint leaves
  5. Juice of half a Lime
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Chilli according to taste
  8. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Mix minced meat, corriander and garam masala and cook for about 5 minutes. Let the water dry out.
  2. Grind so that the meat gets finer and a paste is formed.
  3. Add lime juice to this mix and keep aside.
  4. Boil the egg and take out the shell.
  5. Cut the egg into 4 pieces vertically along with yolk.
  6. Take the minced meat and shape into a patty then place the egg in the middle and cover with the patty and shape it like wedge. Do the same to the remaining pieces.
  7. Heat oil in a kadai and slow deep fry for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with corriander and mint leaves and serve with chutney or ketchup.
