Stuffed Egg Curry

Ingredients to make Stuffed Egg Curry

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 3 onions long sliced
  • 4 tomatoes chopped
  • salt to taste
  • coriander for garnish
  • 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 slab panneer smashed
  • 1 tbsp channa masala powder
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • Pinch of pepper

How to make Stuffed Egg Curry

  1. Boil the eggs and cut them into half.
  2. Take out the yellow yolk portion and put in a bowl.
  3. In a bowl, mix the paneer, egg yolk, add pinch of salt, garam masala, pepper powder. Mix well.
  4. Then add this stuffing inside the boiled egg which you have divided in half.
  5. In a kadai, add oil, fry onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic paste, fry well till light pink.
  6. Then grind it into a smooth paste.
  7. In a kadai, add butter, fry kasuri methi, then add red chilli powder, fry well and then add this paste.
  8. Keep stirring till oil comes out. Then add garam masala powder, channa masala, coriander and salt.
  9. Then in a small kadai, add butter and fry the stuffed boiled eggs for sometime.
  10. Then add it to the gravy and serve.
