Ingredients to make Sabudana Toast

  • 200 gm sabudana
  • Two boiled potatoes
  • Two chopped onions
  • Green chilli 1
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • salt as per taste
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • oil as required
  • Bread slice

How to make Sabudana Toast

  1. Soak sabudana for twenty minutes.
  2. Mash boiled potato.
  3. Mix all the ingredients without oil and bread crumbs.
  4. Spread this mixture on bread and coat with bread crumbs.
  5. Shallow fry with oil on tawa on low flame.
  6. Serve with tomato sauce.

My Tip:

You can use paneer instead of potato.
