Curry Leaves Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Curry Leaves Fried Rice

  • 1-2 cups cooked rice
  • 1-2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ginger Garlic paste
  • Bunch of curry leaves
  • salt according to taste
  • 1 green chilli slit

How to make Curry Leaves Fried Rice

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and 5-6 curry leaves. Cook till fragrant.
  3. Once the leaves are well cooked, add the rice and mix well.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally in between.
  5. Add the rest of curry leaves, little chilli powder, green chilli and salt and cook for another 1/2 minute or so.
  6. Serve hot with chutney, achar or any other curry.

My Tip:

You can use the leftover rice or cook fresh. Personally, I love this rice with mango or lemon achaar. Hope you all try it.
