Egg-Rotilla

Ingredients to make Egg-Rotilla

  • eggs 2-3 in number
  • Rotis 2 pre-prepared
  • Ghee/oil /butter 1 tbsp
  • onion small chopped
  • Green chilli 4 chopped
  • coriander leaves a handfull
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Egg-Rotilla

  1. In a non stick pan, put oil/butter/ghee as per your choice.
  2. Heat both the rotis little on one side in that pan.
  3. Take 2 katoris. In one katori break an egg, add little salt and black pepper. In other katori, break 1-2 eggs, add chopped onion, green chilli coriander leaves black pepper and salt and mix them properly.
  4. In pan, put a roti with fried side facing the pan, put the egg mix over it, then cover it with another roti. Cover the pan and cook it for 30 seconds, then cook on another side for 30 seconds.
  5. Now roll the rotis.
  6. Cut into small pieces.
  7. Now dip the pieces in the egg mix made in second katori evenly. Fry again for 30 seconds on both sides in oil/butter/ghee.
  8. Egg rotilla is ready to be served.
