Ingredients to make Eggcellent Crepes with Dil Chutney

  • eggs 2
  • besan 2 cups
  • red chilly powder 1 tsp
  • asafoetida 1 pinch
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Chutney - bunch of dil chopped 1 cup
  • garlic cloves 2-3
  • tomato large 1
  • green chillies 4 medium sized
  • salt to taste

How to make Eggcellent Crepes with Dil Chutney

  1. Whisk the eggs and besan together with salt, asafoetida, red chilli and turmeric powder.
  2. Use a little water to give it a pouring consistency.
  3. Heat up the ceramic coated nonstick tawa and spray oil and spread the batter with the help of a bottle with a nozzle or use the jalebi spreader.
  4. Turn over and toast the crepe from both sides.
  5. Chutney - grind all ingredients of chutney to make it a smooth paste.
