Ingredients to make Coconut Pannacotta

  • Milk - 200 ml
  • Heavy cream 400 ml
  • vanilla essence 5 drops
  • Dried coconut powder 75 gms
  • sugar 100 gms
  • Gelatin 20 gm

How to make Coconut Pannacotta

  1. Combine the milk with sugar and bring to a boil. Remove from flame and add vanilla. Stir.
  2. Now add bloomed gelatin, followed by heavy cream and coconut powder.
  3. Set in desired glasses or cups. Top up with nuts and fruit to serve.
