ABOUT Eggdrop chicken n corn soup RECIPE

This is a recipe that I made in a hurry when my husband was on his way home. Surprisingly he loved it!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 tsp Salt
  2. 2 cups Chicken stock
  3. 3 tbsp Steamed corn
  4. 1 tbsp Corn flour
  5. 1/4 cup Milk
  6. 1/2 tsp Pepper
  7. 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Pour the prepared chicken stock into a saucepan or a deep bottom pan.
  2. Turn up the heat. Once it starts boiling, lower the flame and add in the corn which had been roughly chopped . Let it simmer for about two mins.
  3. Meanwhile add the cornflour to the milk and mix well. Lower the flame and gently add in the conflour mixture to the stock. Mix in well and let it boil gently.
  4. Meanwhile beat an egg well or give it one turn in the small bar of a mixer and add it to the boiling chicken corn stock from a height. Let it boil for a while and stir it for a min.
  5. Add in pepper and salt as per your taste and serve it hot with a dash of soya n chilli cauce.
