Ingredients to make Molten Lava with Raspberry Jelly

  • Bluebird instant jelly 1 pack
  • For lava cake - Oreos - 3
  • Powdered sugar - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - a pinch
  • Milk - 2 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate compound - 1 portion

How to make Molten Lava with Raspberry Jelly

  1. First open the jelly pack and mix the two powders given inside. Add it into boiling water. Stir continuously and remove from the flame.
  2. Now pour the liquid into small containers of any shape you like (I took a tiny glass bowl). Keep it in refrigerator to set.
  3. Now take 3 oreo biscuits in a mixer. Add 1 tsp powdered sugar, a pinch of baking powder and 2 tbsp of milk to it. Turn on the mixer to make the batter.
  4. Now grease your cupcake container with ghee or butter nicely. Pour little oreo batter in it, then put chocolate cube and again add the remaining batter on top.
  5. Now microwave it for a minute.
  6. Remove it and let it cool down. Flip and remove your cake in a serving plate, also remove the jelly from the bowl and place it next to it. Sprinkle little powdered sugar on the cake. Serve.
