ABOUT Spinach Omelette RECIPE

This is a spinach omelette, made with spinach, very healthy breakfast dish innovated by me.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 2
  2. Spinach - 1 Bunch (Chopped)
  3. Onion - 1 (chopped)
  4. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
  6. Salt - 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash chopped spinach & strain.
  2. Put a non stick pan on flame, add oil and fry onion till light golden brown.
  3. Then add spinach, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt. Cook till oil start leaving from spinach.
  4. Beat eggs in a bowl and add red chilli powder.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs on the cooked spinach.
  6. When one portion of eggs are fried, switch off the flame cover it with big plate and turn pan on it.
  7. Now put the uncooked side of egg on pan & cook it.
  8. Take it out on a plate and sprinkle black pepper powder on it.
  9. Your spinach omelette is ready.
