Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Egg 3
  2. Carrot 1 medium finely chopped
  3. Green bell pepper 1/2 finely chopped
  4. Red bell pepper 1/2 finely chopped
  5. Onion 1 finely chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  8. Oil 3-4 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl break the egg and beat the eggs nicely.
  2. Add in salt, pepper powder, carrot, bell peppers, onion and mix well.
  3. Heat a non stick frying pan on low heat, drizzle the oil over the tawa.
  4. When the oil is hot pour a thin layer of the egg mixture and slightly tilt the pan so that it coats evenly on the pan.
  5. When the egg gets cooked slightly take a spatula and start rolling the egg from one side.
  6. Now pull and move the rolled egg to one side from where you started to roll.
  7. Grease the pan slightly again and pour another layer of egg mixture on the other side.
  8. When the egg is cooked on the other side, roll the egg again.
  9. Continue the same process till egg mixture is over. When the egg is rolled completely flip it and cook gently by pacing the spatula over it so that it forms into a nice square shape.
  10. Take it on a cutting board and slice into small pieces and serve as it is or with any sauce of your choice.
