Bell Pepper Omelette

Ingredients to make Bell Pepper Omelette

  • eggs 2
  • Bell pepper 1
  • coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  • Green chilli 1 chopped
  • Sweet corn 2 tbsp
  • Cheese grated 2-3 tbsp
  • salt for taste
  • pepper to taste

How to make Bell Pepper Omelette

  1. Heat non stick pan on a low flame.
  2. Break the eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk the eggs nicely.
  3. Add coriander leaves, chilly, sweet corn, carrot, salt and pepper. Mix well keep aside.
  4. Slice the bell pepper into rings.
  5. Add bell pepper rings to the heated non stick pan and make sure they lie flat.
  6. Pour the egg mixture in each until it comes halfway up.
  7. Cook for 2-3 mins. Flip them and sprinkle the cheese over the top so it can melt while the other side cooks.
  8. Let the cheese melt which will take around 2-3, remove and serve.
