Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curry leaves and Mint leaves one cup
  2. Green chilli one small
  3. Egg 4
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Grated coconut - one cup
  6. Almond milk - 1/4 cup
  7. Roasted cashew cuts - two tsp

Instructions

  1. Grind together curry leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and coconut into 3/4 coarse paste.
  2. Add egg, almond milk and salt grind again.
  3. Grease the idly pan with ghee and pour the batter, sprinkle the roasted cashew.
  4. Steam cook for 7 min. Serve.
