Ingredients to make Egg, Mint and Curry Leaves Idly

  • curry leaves and Mint leaves one cup
  • Green chilli one small
  • egg 4
  • salt to taste
  • Grated coconut - one cup
  • almond milk - 1/4 cup
  • Roasted cashew cuts - two tsp

How to make Egg, Mint and Curry Leaves Idly

  1. Grind together curry leaves, mint leaves, green chilli and coconut into 3/4 coarse paste.
  2. Add egg, almond milk and salt grind again.
  3. Grease the idly pan with ghee and pour the batter, sprinkle the roasted cashew.
  4. Steam cook for 7 min. Serve.
