Ingredients to make Instant Tangy Choco Pound Souffle

  • lime Sorbet 1/2 cup
  • egg white beaten 1/2 (if sorbet is without egg)
  • Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
  • Monaco biscuits 25
  • Dark chocolate 1/2 (I took 8 squares of Amul Dark Chocolate)

How to make Instant Tangy Choco Pound Souffle

  1. Add well beaten egg white to the sorbet. Keep in refrigerator.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in double boiler or microwave till melt. Cool.
  3. Grind Monacco biscuits and add sorbet and ice cream. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Make a pound. Add liquid dark chocolate and swirl with a fork.
  5. Refrigerate and enjoy your souffle.
