Ingredients to make Cheese Burst Eggs Pizza

  • For the pizza dough :
  • maida - 2 cups
  • Active dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • salt
  • Other Ingredients :
  • Boiled eggs - 2
  • Grated cheese
  • Oregano
  • chilli flakes
  • pepper powder
  • garlic paste
  • Diced onion - 1
  • Mayonnaise

How to make Cheese Burst Eggs Pizza

  1. Warm the milk, add the sugar and active dry yeast. Leave it for 10 minutes to rise.
  2. Mix the maida, salt and olive oil together.
  3. Add the yeast in milk into the maida and add water accordingly to make a soft dough.
  4. Cover it with cling film or wet cloth and let it rise or proof, in a warm environment for 1.5-2 hrs.
  5. Now divide the dough into 2 parts, one smaller than the other.
  6. Roll the dough parts into 2 rounds, one bigger than the other.
  7. Apply mayonnaise on to the larger dough.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese. Cover it with the second smaller roti.
  9. Now wet the ends with little water and crimp the ends to seal it.
  10. Apply mayonnaise on top of the smaller roti. Layer the slices of boiled eggs, sprinkle diced onion.
  11. Sprinkle generous amounts of cheese, oregano, chilly flakes, pepper powder, garlic and salt.
  12. Bake at 180 degree Celsius, in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
