Roasted Vermicelli Egg Omelette

Ingredients to make Roasted Vermicelli Egg Omelette

  • egg 2
  • Roasted vermicelli 1 cup
  • tomato 1 or tomato sauce 2 tbsp
  • curry leaves 8
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt
  • oil 2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • fresh coriander leaves 1 tsp chopped
  • onion 2 chopped
  • Green chilli 2 chopped
  • chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp

How to make Roasted Vermicelli Egg Omelette

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil , roast vermicelli
  2. Keep aside
  3. In the same pan add chopped onion , ginger garlic paste , turmeric powder , chilli powder , salt , cumin coriander and tomato sauce or chopped tomatoes. Add green chilli and curry leaves and coriander leaves too .
  4. Cook until tomatoes are soft
  5. Take two eggs , beat lightly with salt and turmeric powder
  6. Add the spice and onion ginger garlic mixture
  7. Add roasted vermicelli too
  8. Heat 1 tsp oil , add the vermicelli mixture , cover with a lid
  9. Fry for 4_5 mins
  10. Flip carefully , again fry for 4_5 mins
  11. Switch off gas , serve hot
