Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato, small 5
  2. Tomato puree 1 1/2 cup
  3. Haldi 1/2 tsp
  4. Garam masala 1 tsp
  5. Chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Hung curd 3 tsp
  7. Oil 1 tsp
  8. Rai 1/2 tsp
  9. For Garnish: Green coriander
  10. Saunf powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt as taste
  12. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into half.
  2. Take a cooker. Add oil. Add rai. Then add tomato puree. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add haldi, chilli powder, saunf powder, garam masala, salt n curd. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add potato. ,add 1/2 cup water. Put lid. Cook till 3 whistle.
  5. Ready to serve with parantha after garnishing with coriander.
