ABOUT Egg and Cheese Stuffed Bread Pakoda ( A healthy start of the day) RECIPE

A full healthy breakfast. I made sandwich of bread with Boiled egg, Green Chutney, mash potatoes and Tomato ketchup and deep fry by dipping in gram flour.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled Potatoes 2 ( big)
  2. Eggs boiled 2
  3. Milk 1/2 cup.
  4. Butter 2 tsp
  5. Cheese Slices 4
  6. Coriander pudina chutney 3 tsp
  7. Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  8. salt pepper to taste
  9. Chill flax 1/2 tsp
  10. Gram flour for batter.
  11. Salt , turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder to make batter.
  12. A pinch of cooking soda.
  13. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and 1/4 cup milk in sauce pan. Mix 1/4 cup milk with Boiled and Mashed potatoes and add in milk butter mix. Add salt, pepper and Chilli flakes. Cook till thicken and keep aside.
  2. Chop boiled eggs in circle and spread salt , pepper and mix.
  3. Make pakora batter by adding salt, turmeric, coriander powder and chilli powder. Keep oil to heat in a large sauce pan .Add a pinch of soda in little hot oil and add to batter.
  4. Cut bread pieces in squares. Apply green chutney, put mash potato on it. Than egg and 1/4 cheese slice . Apply tomato ketchup to other square and make a sandwich square by putting over the first one.
  5. Press and dip in gram flour batter. Deep fry till golden brown.
  6. Enjoy hot with a cup of tea or coffee as a snacks.

I have always had bread pakoda with potato only. This looks very tempting.
