Most popular diwali snack. #Diwali Yummy Snack with a twist ! Presenting traditional dish of Rajasthan M.P. and U.P. during Diwali ** Gujiya ** I gave a twist made it colorful with Khoya, paneer n kaju.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup khoya,
  2. 1 cup paneer
  3. 1 cup condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cup kaju powder.
  5. 2tbsp ghee.
  6. 1 cup maida to make dough,
  7. yellow n green color
  8. oil Or ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan,add ghee,khoya and mashed Paneer,mix well for 2-3 mins then add condensed milk and kaju powder,mix well till mixture leaves the corner and comes in semi solid consistency, bring mixture off flame now your filling is ready.
  2. Make dough of maida with water n little oil.
  3. Make small balls from dough n make big size poori .
  4. Meanwhile divide filling in 3 parts add pinch of green color to it ..then add pinch of yellow color to another and for chocolate add chocolate syrup in last one.
  5. Mix well now and your colorful filling is ready make a poori n place it over Gujiya maker,place filling n make Gujiya with it.
  6. In this way u can make all the Gujiya n then deep fry in oil or ghee. With this measurement 20 Gujiyas can be made. Try it and WISHING YOU AND YOUR FAMILY HAPPY DIWALI :-)
