Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram flour(besan) 2 cups
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Oil 2 tsp
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take besan. Add salt , 2 tsp oil n chilli powder. Mix.
  2. Add water and make a loose dough.
  3. Take kadhai. Add oil for frying.
  4. Take sev maker machine. Put dough n make sev directly into oil.
  5. Fry on medium gas.
  6. Take out on kitchen paper napkin to remove excess oil.
  7. Serve with tea or coffee.
