Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3 cup besan
  2. 1/4cup semolina /sooji
  3. 2 cup grinded sugar/bura
  4. 1 cup+2table spoon ghee
  5. 1table spoon poppy seedskhas khas
  6. 1 table spoon refined oil
  7. 1 tablespoon water
  8. 1 table spoon crushed cardmom /elaichi seeds
  9. 1 tea spoon dried ginger powder/saunth
  10. Few crushed pieces of almonds and cashews

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy vok heat 1 cup ghee.
  2. Add khas khas roast it for few seconds
  3. Then add suji roast for 2 mins on low heat
  4. Then add besan ..roast it till it becomes golden brown and till it smells like being roasted
  5. Add elaichi and ginger powder
  6. Then add 1table spoon oil mix then sprinkle 1table spoon water over the roasted besan for crumbly texture fragility
  7. Off the flame
  8. Take another vessel or big parat shift hot material in it let it cool
  9. Add bura or (khand) in it mix properly n for binding the laddoos nicely
  10. Add slowly 2 table spoon melted and little warm ghee give them round shape by hands and garnish the top with nuts ..
