  • Milk 4 cups
  • sugar 4 tbsp
  • Condensed Milk 2 tbsp
  • rose water or cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • ghee 2 tsp
  • tutti fruity / pistachios 1tsp

How to make chenna Shondesh , with homemade paneer

  1. First make paneer
  2. Boil milk , add vinegar 3 tsp
  3. Milk will start curdling , switch off gas
  4. Strain and hang in a cloth for 15 mins , squeeze out extra water
  5. Knead them for 5 mins
  6. Heat a nonstick pan add a tsp ghee, sugar , paneer
  7. Add condensed milk also
  8. Stir for 7_8 mins
  9. When the mixture will form a dough , will not stick to the pan switch off gas
  10. In a greased plate knead them again when they cooled down little
  11. Now divide in balls , in the center press a little to make a depression
  12. Garnish with pistachios , tutti fruity

Grease your palms with little ghee
