Ingredients to make Veg Kebabs

  • Boil potatoes
  • Blanched spinach
  • peas
  • Raw banana Grated
  • salt
  • red chilly powder
  • ginger Garlic Paste
  • besan
  • Garam masala
  • Chat masala
  • Breadcrumbs
  • maida
  • Water for Thin maida batter

How to make Veg Kebabs

  1. Mix Boil Potatoes, Spinach, Peas, Raw Banana and all other Dry Masala & Besan except Maida & Water
  2. Mix all ingredients well
  3. Take a bowl add 1 spoon of Maida and water make a thin batter
  4. Make small Kebabs and dip in a Maida batter and dip it in breadcrumbs and deep fry it
