Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 3 cups
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Boiled beetroot puree 1/2 cup
  4. Boiled spinach puree 1/2 cup
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Maida for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Three different dough's has to be made.
  2. First dough: One cup flour, salt and two tsp oil. Knead with water.
  3. Second dough: one cup flour, add salt and 2 tsp oil. Knead with beetroot puree. Not water.
  4. Third dough: one cup maida, add salt and 2 tsp oil. Knead with spinach puree. Not water.
  5. Take three different balls from three different dough. Roll thin roti from all three.
  6. Take white roti. Apply oil on it. Sprinkle maida on it. Put green roti on it. Apply oil. Sprinkle maida. Put red roti on it.
  7. Make roll, cut thin pieces like pinwheel. Flatten it, roll each piece in mathri shape.
  8. Heat oil in kadhai. Fry on medium flame.
  9. Ready to savour.
