Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gulamjamun readymade packet 200gm
  2. Sugar 3 cups
  3. Water 1 a d 1/2 cups
  4. 2/3 strands saffron
  5. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  6. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Syrup prepation: For syrup Heat water and sugar together in a pan .
  2. Let it come to a boil and let sugar get dissolved completely .
  3. Get a half thread consistency . Remove from flame and let it cool .Add Cardamom powder and the saffron
  4. For jamun: Mix the gulabjamun powder with little milk and make dough and Make some balls from the dough
  5. Heat oilin a kadahi . Drop one ball into it to check that it doesn't break Now one by one fry them on medium to low flame to get an even colour all over
  6. Remove from kadahi and transfer them into sugar syrup
  7. Let them remain in the syrup for 1hour and then serve hot
