Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Besan{gramflour} 2 cups
  2. Sugar 4 Cups
  3. Cardamom {elaichi}powder 8-9powdered
  4. Ghee/oil for frying boondis
  5. Dry fruits optional

Instructions

  1. first sieve besan in a container prepare 1/2 cup water and prepare thick batter
  2. mix little water to dilute it.it should be thick enough that if we pasd boondis through the sieve it slips in drop by drop.mix it evenly add 2-3tsp oil and mix again
  3. let it rest for sometime.
  4. now prepare sugar syrup 4 cup sugar +2 cup water of two string consistensy .
  5. use sieve according to the size of boondis you want to make.
  6. in a kadai heat oil/ghee make boondis when it get heated up .make brown kurkuri boondis
  7. dip in sugar syrup .
  8. keep it in air tight container for further use.
