Soak pistachios in enough warm water for 30 mins
Now grind them to a fine paste using little water
In a nonstick pan boil sugar and water for 6_7 mins , until 1 string consistency
Add pistachios paste and food colour
Add cardamom powder , mawa too
Stir continuously , for 7_8 mins
Grease a plate with ghee
When the pistachio mixture will look sticky and dry , it will leave the sides switch off the gas
Spread evenly in the plate
Cut with a knife and store for 3_4 days
