Cheesy Spinach Khandvi

Ingredients to make Cheesy Spinach Khandvi

  • gram flour or besan 1 cup
  • refined flour 2 tsp
  • salt
  • Green chilli paste 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • spinach puree 3 tsp
  • buttermilk 3 cups
  • cheese spread 4 tbsp
  • black mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • curry leaves few
  • Grated coconut 1 tsp

How to make Cheesy Spinach Khandvi

  1. In a bowl mix gram flour , flour , salt , chilli paste , turmeric powder and butter milk
  2. Heat a nonstick pan
  3. Add the batter
  4. Stir for 5_6 mins
  5. Add spinach puree
  6. Cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan
  7. Grease a plate , back side
  8. Spread the mixture with a knife
  9. Apply cheese spread
  10. Cut in thin stripes
  11. Now fold them
  12. Heat a pan , add oil
  13. Crackle black mustard seeds , coconut , curry leaves
  14. Now put the seasoning over the khandvi
  15. Serve
