Ingredients to make Besan pudding

  • gram flour(besan) 300 gram
  • ghee 200 gram
  • Milk 250 ml
  • sugar 1 1/2 cup
  • kewra essence few drops
  • Green cardamom powder 3/4 teaspoon
  • Almond and pistachios for garnish

How to make Besan pudding

  1. Take a thick surface vessel and heat that, then put ghee in it and let it be hot.
  2. Now put cardamom powder and gram flour( besan) in it and stir for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.
  3. Add milk and keep stir when all milk become dried.
  4. Take another pan and put 1 cup water and add sugar and boil it to make sugar syrup. Add few drops of kewra essence and mix well.
  5. Now add this sugar syrup in gram flour(besan) and keep stirring till the flour is completely combined and become fine texture.
  6. Keep aside from heat.
  7. Take out this mixture in a greased dish.
  8. Level well with spatula.
  9. Garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios.
  10. Cut into square pieces and serve.

My Tip:

dry fruits can also be add while making pudding.
