Ingredients to make Dragon Roll
- For the filling (1 cup) 1tsp oil 1tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red capsicum

- 1/4 cup parboiled beans sprouts
- 2tbsp carrots: cut into juliennes

- 1/2 tbsp tomato Ketchup
- 2tbsp grated low fat paneer.
- Other ingredients :
- 5 samosa Patties: 3/4 cup Maida
- 2tbsp Ghee
- salt to taste
