Ingredients to make #Navratan salad

  • Sprouted whole gram( green moong) 1/2 cup
  • Sprouted black bean( black chana) 1/2 cup
  • Sprouted white bean(lobia) 1/2 cup
  • cottage cheese 100 gms
  • pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  • Roasted peanut 2 tbsp
  • Small banana 1
  • cucumber 1
  • apple 1 small
  • tamarind chutney 3 tbsp
  • Green coriander chutney 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander leaves for garnishing
  • rock salt 1 tesp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tesp

  2. Finely chop cottage cheese, Apple and banana .
  3. Deseed cucumber and chop finely.
  4. Mix all ingredients well and serve
