  1. Baby potatoes-boiled potatoes,
  2. Ginger, jeera,coriander paste
  3. Tomato 1 slice
  4. Boiled green peas
  5. Salt and little bit of sugar
  6. Oil, garam masala and coriander leaves
  7. Peas kachuri-smashed green peas
  8. Hing
  9. Black cumin
  10. Green chillies
  11. oil
  12. Salt and sugar

Instructions

  1. Baby potato-peel boiled potatoes,heat oil add some jeera and add the potatoes, add all the paste and tomato saute till the oil come out and then add some water and cover it. After some times add salt and little bit of sugar then add garam masala and coriander leaves.
  2. Peas kachuri- smashed green peas with green chillies. Heat oil add some black cumin and hing then add the smashed peas and cook for some times add salt for taste. Kneed flour with oil and salt and make a dough and keep it for 5 mins. Take dough and make a round shape press with your thumb and pour some cooked peas then fill the hole then give them shape and deep fry
