Ingredients to make Fruit & nut choclate

  • 1/2 cup dark compound
  • 1/2 cup milk compound
  • 2tbsp cashew pieces
  • 2 tbsp almond pieces
  • 2 tbsp dry black current
  • 2 tbsp kismis
  • 2 tbsp glazed cherries in small pieces

How to make Fruit & nut choclate

  1. Melt both the compound in double boiler on slow heat.
  2. Once melted add all dry fruits & cherry
  3. Mix it well
  4. Fill in the chocolate mould & set in the freeze for 5 minutes.
  5. Once set remove from the mould and serve

My Tip:

Give suffecient time to set the chocolate. If in hurry set in the upper compartment of freeze
