Chicken keema cooked in spicy masala, steamed in homemade rice noodles called idiyappam

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For sauted chicken-
  2. Chopped chicken 1 cup
  3. Chopped Onion 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Tomato sauce 1tbsp
  7. Chopped green chili 1/2 tsp
  8. White Oil 1 tbsp
  9. Rice noodles(idiyappam)
  10. Rice flour 2 cup
  11. Hot water 1 cup
  12. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil. Add chopped onion fry a little.
  2. Add chopped chicken, ginger garlic paste, green chili, salt and saute for 5min.
  3. Add tomato sauce to it & keep aside.
  4. For rice noodles boil the water with salt.
  5. Add rice flour to it and knead it in a soft dough.
  6. Make rice noodles with kitchen press.
  7. In a steamer brush oil, add sauted chicken wrapped in rice noodles.
  8. Steam for 10 mins.
  9. Serve with tomato garlic sauce.
