Ingredients to make Sauteed chicken wraped in rice noodles (keema stuffed idiyappam)

  • For sauted chicken-
  • Chopped chicken 1 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • tomato sauce 1tbsp
  • Chopped green chili 1/2 tsp
  • White oil 1 tbsp
  • rice noodles(idiyappam)
  • rice flour 2 cup
  • Hot water 1 cup
  • salt as per taste

How to make Sauteed chicken wraped in rice noodles (keema stuffed idiyappam)

  1. Heat oil. Add chopped onion fry a little.
  2. Add chopped chicken, ginger garlic paste, green chili, salt and saute for 5min.
  3. Add tomato sauce to it & keep aside.
  4. For rice noodles boil the water with salt.
  5. Add rice flour to it and knead it in a soft dough.
  6. Make rice noodles with kitchen press.
  7. In a steamer brush oil, add sauted chicken wrapped in rice noodles.
  8. Steam for 10 mins.
  9. Serve with tomato garlic sauce.

My Tip:

Use paneer instead of chicken.
