  • Fine semolina 1/4 cup
  • besan 1/4 cup
  • ghee 3/4 cup
  • powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 tsp vanila essence
  • 1/2 cup grated dark chocolate

  1. Whip ghee , sugar and vanila essence till it becomes smooth
  2. Add rest all ingredients and make a dough
  3. Make round or any desired shape and place in a greased baking tray. Bake at 180 degree for 20 min.
