Ingredients to make Bataka Bungra

  • 3 potatoes
  • Chopped garlic
  • Bungra
  • salt
  • red chilly powder
  • Dried mango powder
  • Chat. masala
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for frying

How to make Bataka Bungra

  1. First of all Deep fry Bungra In hot oil
  2. Boil Potatoes and let it cool
  3. Peel it and cut in medium pieces
  4. Now take a Pan. Add some oil, Chopped Garlic.
  5. Add Boil Potatoes, Salt keep on a lower flame for 5 minutes
  6. Now add Red chilly Powder, Chat Masala, Dried Mango Powder and keep on lower flame for more 5 minutes
  7. Garnish with Coriander Leaves
  8. Serve hot with fry Bungra
