Ingredients to make Instant Mango Kalakand

  • fresg mango puree 1/2 cup , sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup , homemade paneer 1/2 cup

How to make Instant Mango Kalakand

  1. Make paneer and mango puree ready
  2. Heat a nonstick pan
  3. Add paneer and codensed milk
  4. Also add mango puree
  5. Continuously stir
  6. When the mixture will not stick to the pan and still there will be some moisture , that is the correct time to switch off gas
  7. Grease a plate with a tsp ghee
  8. Spread the mixture
  9. Add dry fruits of your choice , pat with a spoon and level it
  10. Wait for 15 mins
  11. Cut in desired shape
  12. Freeze it and can be preserved for 2_3 days

My Tip:

I did not use sugar , if you want you can use 3 tbsp sugar
